Introduction

The Three-drum dryer is suitable for a wide range of materials. It can handle sand, coal, ore, clay, limestone and many other substances. For sand, the dryer efficiently removes moisture, ensuring it is ready for various construction applications. Coal can be dried to improve its combustion efficiency and storage stability. Ore is processed to enhance its quality for further processing steps. Clay is dried to meet the requirements of ceramic and brick manufacturing. Limestone, after drying, is better suited for use in the construction and chemical industries. In general, the Three-drum dryer is a versatile piece of equipment that can adapt to different material characteristics and meet the diverse needs of various industries.

Features

1. The material contact part of the main machine is made of manganese steel, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
2. The large kiln head design (patent) eliminates material return and opens the fire channel. The material is first baked by the heat source and the heat energy is fully absorbed. The kiln head is double-layered for heat preservation to prevent heat loss.
3. The inner cylinder has multiple bending lifting plates (patent) to throw the material into a waterfall shape so that it can fully contact the heat source.
4. The middle cylinder and the outer cylinder are connected by a plate (patent), which divides multiple drying chambers. The material fills all around and the heat energy is not lost.
5. The serrated lifting plate of the middle cylinder (patent) uses waste heat to dry the material.
6. The heavy hammer valve of the discharge bin allows the material and the hot air to go their own way, which saves energy and does not lose heat.
