Features

1. Efficient combined lifting device: various lifting plates are used according to the material characteristics to form a uniform material curtain, sufficient heat exchange, heat saving and anti-sticking, and the residence time is adjustable.
2. Follow-up self-aligning roller device: The roller is in linear contact with the roller ring to reduce wear and loss and increase stability.
3. Zero-level thrust drive: optimize the roller design, reduce positive pressure and load, reduce current, reduce power by more than 30%, and stabilize the cylinder.
4. Optimal speed: operate at the optimal speed after understanding the material characteristics, and fully exchange heat.
5. Dust collection tail hood design: specially designed for different materials, reduce wind speed and improve dust removal effect.
