Raymond Mill is a common high-efficiency grinding equipment with the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, low capital investment and no environmental pollution. It is widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. Its main function is to grind the material through the interaction of the grinding roller and the grinding ring to achieve the required fineness. Raymond mill is suitable for grinding non-metallic minerals with low hardness, such as gypsum, limestone, calcite, talc, bentonite, etc., and can effectively process materials with a fineness usually between 80-325 mesh.
1. The whole machine is a vertical structure with small footprint and strong systematization. It can form an independent production system from the rough processing of raw materials to transportation, powder making and final packaging.
2. The main engine transmission device adopts a closed gear box and pulley, which has stable transmission and reliable operation. The important parts of the grinding mill are made of high-quality castings and profiles with fine workmanship, ensuring the durability of the whole set of equipment.
3. Compared with other grinding equipment, the screening rate is as high as 99%.
4. The electrical system of the grinding mill adopts centralized control, with advanced and reasonable selection and high degree of automation.
The raw materials are transported to the storage bin by the elevator, and then evenly sent to the grinding chamber of the main machine by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. The scraper and the grinding roller rotate together to scoop up the materials and throw them into the gap between the roller rings. The materials are ground between the rollers and the grinding rings. The ground powder is carried to the analyzer for powder selection by the fan airflow. The fine powder that meets the fineness requirements enters the cyclone powder collector through the pipeline with the airflow, is separated and collected, and then discharged through the unloader as the finished product. The airflow is sucked into the blower through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector. The fine powder that does not meet the requirements is thrown to the outer wall by the blades and separated from the airflow, and falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding due to the effect of gravity.
