The concrete mixing pump is a modern construction equipment that integrates the functions of concrete mixing and pumping, and it plays an important role in various construction projects. It includes two processes: mixing and pumping. Firstly, raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, water and admixtures, which are preset with the mix proportion according to the engineering requirements, are sent into the mixing drum through the loading device (hopper). Then the mixing system starts to work. Under the powerful action of the mixing blades, these raw materials are fully mixed in the mixing drum to form uniform concrete that meets the construction requirements. The mixed concrete is directly unloaded into the concrete pump. Under the action of the pumping system, the piston in the concrete cylinder makes a reciprocating motion driven by the main oil cylinder. First, the concrete is sucked into the concrete cylinder and then pushed to the S-pipe valve. After the flow direction is switched by the S-pipe valve, the concrete enters the conveying pipeline. Relying on the pressure applied by the pumping system, the concrete is continuously transported to the construction site within the pipeline, and finally the whole process from concrete mixing to pumping construction is completed.
