High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill is a kind of equipment which utilizes high-pressure airflow and suspension roller ring structure for grinding. This equipment is based on normal Raymond mill and adds 1000-1500kg pressure on the roller frame, occupies a small area, and forms an independent production system from block material to finished fine powder, which saves investment cost, has large production capacity of single machine, and has low energy consumption. It is mainly suitable for crushing various soft and hard ores with compressive strength not higher than 320MPa (megapascals), and is widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, cement, construction, sand making, refractory materials and ceramics.

1. High grinding efficiency and low energy consumption. The unit energy consumption of high pressure roller mill is 20-50% lower than that of general crushing and grinding equipment, which can save energy and reduce emissions and bring greater economic benefits.
2.The high pressure medium speed grinding mill has a compact structure, small size and light weight, which is convenient for system modification, operation and maintenance, and easy to realize automatic operation and monitoring of the grinding mill.
3.With strong grinding capacity, it can replace the coarse powder mill and produce fine powder materials in a targeted manner. Ideally, it can grind 100-325 meshes, and can also grind 30-100 meshes through special devices. It can also replace the powder selection device to grind 325-500 mesh fine powder. The grinding fineness range is wide.
4. Adopt high-pressure spring device. Ordinary grinding mills rely on hard grinding, while high-pressure spring grinding mills have a slight expansion and contraction under the action of high-pressure springs and inertia, which can grind materials with greater capacity and increase production.
