HZS90 concrete batching plant is designed to have a production capacity of 90m3/h, which consists of JS1500 forced concrete mixer, PLD2400 batching machine, screw conveyor, cement silo (the quantity can be customized according to the customer's demand), aggregate conveyor belt, intelligent computer control room, metering system and so on, and it can produce various types of concrete, such as plastic concrete, dry concrete, etc., and it is applicable to the water conservancy, electric power, railway, highway, tunnel, bridge arch, port terminal, national defense projects and so on, railroads, highways, tunnels, bridge arches, port terminals, national defense projects and so on.

Product characteristics

1.The electronic weighing system used has a buffer device and an automatic     compensation function, and the metering accuracy is extremely high.

2.PC+PLC control system is adopted to ensure high reliability, high stability and strong anti-interference ability.

3.Excellent attachments such as screw conveyor, metering sensors, pneumatic components, etc. ensure the high reliability of the concrete batching plant during operation.

4.Space-saving integrated design, simple structure, very easy to install and dismantle.

5.Screw conveyor adopts sealing device with good sealing performance, small gap between screw blade and cylinder, high conveying efficiency.

7.During the operation of the machine, the dust manipulation is carried out in the fully closed system, which reduces the pollution of dust to the environment. At the same time, the pneumatic system exhaust and unloading equipment adopt silencers to effectively reduce noise pollution.

3. Weighing system

It is mainly divided into aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing;

High metering accuracy with buffer device and automatic compensation;

Weighing accuracy of cement, powder, water and admixture reaches ±1%.

4. Conveying system - Aggregate belt conveyor

Aggregate belt conveyor has small inclination angle, gentle arrangement and high conveying efficiency;

Single door discharge opening, single cylinder discharge door, smooth material flow;

Octagonal discharging hopper, unique variable diameter discharging port design, stable and smooth conveying;

The aggregation process is fully automated and efficient.

5. Material storage system - cement silo

Powders are stored in fully enclosed steel silos;

Additives are stored in steel containers;
