HZS50 concrete batching plant is designed to have a production capacity of 50m3/h. It consists of JS1000 forced concrete mixer,PLD batching machine,screw conveyor, cement silo (the quantity can be customized according to the customer's demand), hopper lifting system, intelligent computer control room, metering system, and can produce plastic concrete,dry hard concrete and other types of concrete,which is suitable for medium-sized and above construction sites,precast plant,commercial concrete production plant.
1.It adopts JS1000 double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer with strong mixing force, even mixing and high production efficiency.
2.The electronic weighing system used has a buffer device and an automatic compensation function, and the metering accuracy is extremely high.
3.concrete batching plant adopts muffler for pneumatic system exhaust and unloading equipment to reduce noise pollution.
4.It can be used alone or with dump trucks, dump trucks, mixer trucks, and can also be customized according to user requirements.
