HZS180 concrete batching plant is designed to have a production capacity of 180m3/h, which consists of JS3000 double shafts forced type concrete mixer, PLD4800 concrete batching machine, screw conveyor, cement silos (the quantity can be customized according to the customer's demand), aggregates conveyor belt, intelligent computer control room, weighting system and so on. It can produces various types of concrete, such as plastic concrete, hard concrete, etc., and it is suitable for all kinds of building projects, roads, bridges, highways, municipal projects, wharves, airports, water conservancy projects, hydroelectric power stations and other commercial concrete and concrete construction. Product Characteristics

1.JS3000 mixer is double shafts forced type mixer, which has a strong mixing force, uniform mixing, high production efficiency.

2.Adopting electronic weighing system with buffer device and automatic compensation function, the measuring precision is very high.

  • High metering accuracy with buffer device and automatic compensation;

  • Aggregate weighing accuracy is controlled at ±2%;
